A walking tour of the Second and Delaware Project was tentatively planned for April, 2020 but circumstances have changed. There is the potential for a virtual tour but planning for one is on hold. This does not mean that we cannot provide information about this unique project as it becomes available.
The Second and Delaware Project located in Kansas City, Missouri will be the largest Passive House Certified building in the world. It will have one and two bedroom living units enclosed in an ultra energy efficient and fortified structure. Tenants will benefit from fresh, filtered air and many amenities.
